Portrait Information

Most of my portraits are taken against a white background in an informal or semi-posed style, although  I can also use a darker background for more formal posed portraits. I have a good selection of tasteful props, especially useful when photographing young children, and welcome you to bring along any favourite toys or personal items of your own. For the most pleasing result I recommend plain, un-patterned clothing in pastel shades, avoiding white or black. I am also happy to photograph family pets, either included in a family group or by themselves.

Special occasions! As an alternative to a studio sitting I can visit your home or a favourite location to take your portraits, this could be for a special birthday or anniversary celebration, or any other gathering such as a family reunion. Photos are available to preview and order straight away, to be collected later, or we can even post finished prints to your door. Events outside of Liskeard may be subject to a small travelling fee.

There is no sitting fee, so all you pay for are the photographs you want, with a minimum order value of £40.00. There is a booking fee of £20.00, which is later deducted from your total order value.

Folder prints start from £10.00, framed and box prints from £30.00, and Canvas Wraps from £50.00.
